Ikutha Project

Dear Parishioners

Sister Munanie wishes me to pass on her thanks for the warm welcome she received at St Dunstan’s after all the Masses last weekend. She said she felt very humbled by the support for our Live Simply Ikutha Project. She will be returning to speak at St Hugh’s in November.

Jackpot Club launch

Many thanks to those who have taken away information and registration forms for the new Jackpot Club which will support the project with regular funds. Forms are still available in the church or you can find them on our website. You can join at any time!

Please try to return them promptly, so that we can allocate numbers and then we hope to have our first prize draw on the 3rd weekend of December (for the November contributors).

Could you give up some time to support our Overseas project?

We are hopeful that some Parishioners will be prepared to give up a little time to hold a fundraising event over the next two years. This could be a social event such as a quiz, or a fundraising event such as a walk or garden produce sale.

We invite anyone interested to our next Live Simply meeting on Tuesday 22nd October at 7.30pm. We welcome any ideas!

Alternatively, email your idea to livesimply@st-dunstans.org

Please keep the people of Ikutha, Kitui County, Sister Munanie and the Poor servants of the Mother of God  in your prayers,

The Live Simply team
